Florence (or Firenze), capital of the region of Tuscany and was once also the capital of the Kingdom of Italy is famous amongst tourists and considered one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, as well as the world and was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982. Florence is the Renaissance capitals of the world with its famous sons Leonardo DaVinci, Machiavelli, Dante Alighieri, Michelangelo and Fra Angelico. It is a cultural, historical, artistic and architectural gem.

With its picturesque skyline the city holds some of the most unique tourist attractions including famous museums, churches and shop-covered bridge, the Ponte Vecchio.
